Shipping

Where do you ship?

You can find the list of countries in the drop down menu for countries / currency. If your country is not on the list please contact us.

What are your shipping options?

Currently we use Hong Kong Post for efficient and more sustainable shipping. For local deliveries SF Express is also an option at Checkout.

How can I track my order?

In your shipping confirmation email you will find a tracking number with a link to a tracking page

I have not received an email with tracking number what should I do?

Check your email spam folder. If you still cannot find it please contact us so we can re-send the shipping confirmation

What if my product arrives damaged?

Please contact us to arrange a replacement

Orders & Returns

My order is a gift can you remove the invoice and price?

To cut down on paper waste we do not ship with an invoice or receipt. You will receive the order confirmation by email. For international orders we need to state the value for customs purposes.

My order is a gift can you include a card with a message?

Yes we will be happy to. Best is to contact us before placing an order to confirm.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Yes as long as it is before the order has been shipped or engraved. Contact us

Do you accept refunds?

Yes within 30 days of receiving the product and as long as it is in new condition and unused. Engraved products cannot be refunded.

Payment & Security

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all the standard credit and payment cards, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay & Shop Pay. Should you want to pay through bank transfer, PayMe or FPS please contact us first.

Are the payment options at checkout safe to use?

Yes, our store is hosted by Shopify which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant (The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

Products & Sizes

How do I make sure I order the correct ring size?

We use US ring sizes and you can follow our guide here. If you are still not sure we recommend going to a jewelry store to try on different sizes

If my ring does not fit what do I do?

If the ring is not engraved please contact us for either refund or exchange to a different size. If the ring is engraved we can unfortunately not refund or exchange.

What materials do you use?

We use recycled stainless steel and silver. Same quality, without the damaging mining.

How do I replace my watch battery?

We use standard batteries which can be changed at any local watch shop. Should you want to change yourself, please find the battery model in the watch instruction

How can I get my product repaired?

Contact us to arrange repair. The product will have to be sent back to us

Engraving

How do you engrave?

We use laser engraving, which allows for very detailed engraved characters and designs

What if I want to engrave more characters than the stated limit?

Depending on the product and what you want to engrave we can often be flexible. Please contact us first to confirm

Can I engrave on 2 or more locations?

The engraving fee (if any) includes engraving on one location only. We can engrave 2 or more locations on the product but please contact us first to confirm

Can I engrave my own design or drawing?

Depending on your drawing or design it can sometimes be possible. Please contact us first to confirm

What if my engraved product does not fit?

Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange engraved products

Can I recycle your packaging and products?

The short answer is yes. We use paper jewelry boxes without any lamination or foam. Our products made of stainless steel and silver can be recycled
